Refund policy
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
We have a 14 days return policy. You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Once your return is approved, you will have an additional 7 days to send the item back. If the returned item does not arrive within 7 business days of the approval, we will unfortunately be unable to process the return.
Refunds are provided to the original form of payment or "Cocoonery.us" Store Credit, excluding original /return shipping costs and a 4% restocking fee. Certain types of items are refunded only with Cocoonery.us Store Credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Final Sale Policy
Please note that all items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
Due to the delicate nature of white garments and their susceptibility to staining, all white items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

For items with free shipping(e.g., jackets, coats, etc.) the international shipping fee is already included(approximately $60 for 2kg). For returns, international round-trip shipping fee will be deducted. you may also return the item directly to our Korea center using a trackable courier service, in which case only the initial shipping fee will be deducted.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange a product, please return it using our returns process and place a new order.
